DELIVERY

The Black Farmer uses DPD as our preferred carrier. They have a very efficient tracking system. The day before your scheduled delivery you will receive confirmation from DPD of your delivery. On the day of delivery DPD will send you a time slot within which your parcel will be delivered. It will also offer you an option if you are going to be out to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place.

DPD may be required to request ID from the customer to confirm it’s the same person that placed the order.

We can deliver to UK mainland. However there are certain exceptions and postcodes where we are unable to deliver.

Our fresh food boxes are packed in insulated liners to maintain the inner temperature, along with gel ice packs. Both our box and gel ice packs are recyclable, and the liners are re-usable and very useful.

Delivery costs £7.85 on Weekdays. Delivery is free of charge of orders over £50.

Christmas Dates – Last delivery date for Christmas is 22^nd December, with last order date the 19^th December.
