Discover how to create crispy, golden roast potatoes that will steal the show! Follow these simple steps for flawless results:
Parboil your potatoes: Peel your potatoes and quarter them, then parboil for 5-10 minutes. Drain and shake gently to fluff up the edges.
Heat the Goose Fat: Place 50g of Goose Fat for every 500g of potatoes in a roasting tray. Heat in the oven at 190C/Fan 170C/Gas 5 for 10 minutes until smoking hot.
Roast to perfection: Add the potatoes to the hot fat, baste thoroughly, and roast for 50 minutes. Turn occasionally to ensure an even, golden crisp.
