Is kebab meat gluten-free? Not always. Takeaway kebab and doner meat often contains gluten from rusk, breadcrumbs or flour used to bind reformed meat. Ours does not. Every kebab in this range is gluten-free, made from diced cuts of British chicken, lamb and pork with seasonings and glazes, and no wheat-based fillers. We deliver them chilled across the UK, ready for the grill.

A gluten-free swap for takeaway kebab and doner

Because our kebabs are made from diced whole cuts of meat rather than the reformed mince and rusk used in much takeaway kebab and doner, there is no hidden gluten. They are a simple home swap if you are avoiding gluten. Choose from garlic butter and sweet chilli chicken, garden mint and tikka tandoori lamb, and chilli-glazed pork, with free-range chicken options clearly labelled.

How to cook them

Grill, barbecue, oven-bake or pan-fry until cooked through and piping hot, usually around 15 to 20 minutes, turning regularly. Serve in a flatbread or wrap, over salad or with rice. For chicken and pork, check there is no pink meat before serving.
