Is pâté gluten free? Not always. Some pâtés use wheat flour or rusk as a thickener, and gluten can also arrive with the toast it is served on. Every pâté and rillette we sell is made without gluten, so the only thing to check is what you spread it on.
What do you serve with gluten-free pâté? Gluten-free toast or crackers, cornichons and chutney. Build it into a board with our gluten-free salami and cheese from the cheesemonger, or add sliced meats from the deli.
