Where to start

For a centrepiece, our steaks run from rump and sirloin to ribeye and fillet, and the wider British beef range covers roasting joints, mince and the slow-cooking cuts that reward a long afternoon. Our lamb is where the Sunday roast lives: shoulders, legs, racks and chops.

Day to day, most orders start with sausages and bacon, then widen into pork, poultry and British goat. If you are after something your supermarket will not stock, try offal and off-cuts or specialist and hard-to-find cuts.
