Our range runs from slow-cook classics to quick midweek cuts. Braise veal osso buco low and slow for a rich Milanese-style stew, pan-fry a thin escalope or topside in minutes, or cook a veal rump steak much as you would one of our steaks. There is also veal mince for lighter ragùs and meatballs, plus liver and bones for stock. Veal is leaner and milder than beef, with a soft, almost buttery texture and very little marbling.
