Table Booking & Cancellation Policy
To help us manage availability and ensure tables are available for all guests, we require a valid payment card to secure your reservation.
No payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your booking time.
If a reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if guests fail to attend their booking without notifying us, we reserve the right to charge a £15.00 no-show/late cancellation fee to the card provided at the time of booking.
This charge helps cover the costs associated with holding tables that could otherwise have been offered to other customers.
