Cook from chilled. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
Place the kebabs on a baking tray or grill rack and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.
Check that the chicken is piping hot throughout, the juices run clear, and it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume within 24 hours.
Freezing: Freeze on the day of purchase and use within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge before use and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
