Wild Boar & Chorizo Burgers (GF), 2 × 150g — rich game meets smoky Spanish spice.

We’ve taken the deep, savoury character of wild boar and paired it with proper Spanish chorizo for a burger that’s juicy, aromatic and unmistakably bold. The boar brings gamey richness; the chorizo adds gentle heat, paprika smoke and a beautiful brick-red colour. Gluten-free and crafted with honest ingredients, these patties excel on the grill, in a hot pan or over BBQ coals — ideal for cosy winter suppers and summer gatherings alike.

Pan-fry: Medium heat with a little oil, 10–12 mins, turning occasionally.

Grill: Preheated medium grill, 12–14 mins, turning halfway.

Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, on a tray, 18–20 mins, turning once.

BBQ: Moderate heat, 12–15 mins, turn often.
Cook until piping hot, juices run clear and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on the day of purchase; use within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
