Cooking Method: Curry, stew

Time: 2 to 2.5 hours simmering or 40 mins in a pressure cooker

Instructions:

Marinate in curry spices, ginger, garlic, and herbs

Brown and cook with onion, tomato, and scotch bonnet if desired

Refrigerate: Use within 2–3 days

Freeze: Wrap well and label
