Oven (Recommended):
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Place on a baking tray and cook for 18-22 minutes, turning halfway through.

Air Fryer:

Pan Fry:
Fry in a little oil over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and hot throughout.

Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. If still frozen on arrival, store in freezer at -18 °C. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and ensure food is piping hot before serving.
