We grind prime British goat for a clean, lean bite, then fold in a warm Middle Eastern spice blend (think cumin, coriander, allspice and a whisper of cinnamon). The result is a succulent, gluten-free patty that’s fragrant rather than fiery — brilliant for weeknight grills, effortless entertaining and summer BBQs alike.

Pan-fry: Medium heat with a little oil, 10–12 mins, turn occasionally.

Grill: Preheated medium grill, 12–14 mins, turn halfway.

Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, on a tray, 18–20 mins, turn once.

BBQ: Moderate heat, 12–15 mins, turn often.
Cook until piping hot, juices run clear and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on the day of purchase, use within 3 month. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
