Yes — our Premium Pork Chipolatas are crafted using a gluten-free recipe and packaged in a dedicated gluten-free production line. This means you can enjoy delicious, full-flavour chipolatas with confidence if you’re avoiding gluten.
To get the best out of chipolatas, we recommend pre-heating your pan or oven so the sausage casing snaps when cooked and the juices stay locked in. For example, pan-fry over medium heat for 8–10 minutes turning frequently, or grill for 10–12 minutes turning once. In the oven, roast at 190 °C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway. A natural casing adds a satisfying ‘snap’ and caramelised outer texture while keeping the meat juicy.
Store the pack in the fridge below 5 °C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. The product has a use-by date printed on the pack (typically up to 5 days chilled). If you want to freeze for later, freeze before the use-by date, use within one month, and defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Do not re-freeze after defrosting. Packaging is designed to protect freshness and can be recycled appropriately.
