The Cossetti Gelsomora Gavi 2019 is a beautifully fresh and elegant expression of Cortese, the signature white grape of Italy’s Piedmont region. Crafted by the historic Cossetti family winery, this Gavi captures the essence of northern Italy’s cool climate and limestone-rich soils.

Tasting notes:

Fragrant aromas of pear, lime, and fresh herbs rise from the glass, followed by a palate that is zesty and precise. Notes of apple and almond develop mid-palate, leading to a lingering mineral finish that is both refreshing and refined.
