Naturally gluten-free and encased the traditional way, they deliver a juicy, meaty bite with notes of paprika, garlic, chilli, pepper, and coriander. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and thoroughly cooked.
Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan, cook sausages gently over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown and cooked through.
Oven: Preheat oven to 190 °C (fan 170 °C) / Gas Mark 5. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
Important: Always ensure sausages are fully cooked — no pink meat should remain and juices must run clear. Interl temperature should reach ≥ 75 °C.

Storage: Keep refrigerated (0–4°C)
Once opened, consume within 24 hours
Suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
