Made with 80% premium British pork and 20% smoked dry-cured bacon, these sausages deliver rich, smoky flavour with a fiery kick of spice. Naturally gluten-free and encased the traditional way, they’re juicy, robust, and bursting with character. Whether sizzling on the BBQ, pan-fried for a quick supper, or stirred through recipes for added depth, these sausages bring warmth and authenticity to every meal.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and thoroughly cooked.
Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan, cook sausages gently over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown and cooked through.
Oven: Preheat oven to 190 °C (fan 170 °C) / Gas Mark 5. Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
Important: Always ensure sausages are fully cooked — no pink meat should remain and juices must run clear. Interl temperature should reach ≥ 75 °C.

Once Opened, Keep Covered And Consume Within 24 Hours.
If Freezing, Freeze On The Day Of Purchase And Use Within 3 Months For Best Quality.
Defrost Thoroughly In The Refrigerator Before Cooking And Consume Within 24 Hours.
Do Not Refreeze Once Defrosted.
