Cut from the large back muscle along the spine, this steak boasts a bigger, richer flavour profile compared to fillet or ribeye. Known for its tenderness, sirloin must be cooked carefully to maintain its juiciness and prevent it from becoming tough. it's perfect for grilling or pan-searing, and resting the steak after cooking helps keep it tender. Sourced from grass-fed, free-range cattle in Wiltshire, Somerset, and the South West, this sirloin steak is a sustainable, high-quality option for any meal.

Preparation: Begin by removing the from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring it to room temperature. This step is essential for achieving an even cook throughout the steak, resulting in a juicy and tender texture.
