For Wild Boar & Apple Sausages
Pan-Frying:
Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Place the sausages in the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasiolly, until golden brown and cooked through.
Grilling:
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Lightly brush the sausages with oil.
Place on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasiolly, until they are evenly browned and thoroughly cooked.
Oven-Baking:
Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan) or Gas Mark 4.
Place the sausages on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the sausages are golden and cooked through.

Ensure sausages are cooked until the interl temperature reaches 75C to guarantee they are safe to eat.
