Yes — The Black Farmer Pigs in Blankets 340 g are naturally gluten free, made with British pork sausages wrapped in smoky streaky bacon and free from added gluten-containing ingredients.
Remove all packaging and pre-heat your oven to 200 °C (Fan 180 °C / Gas Mark 6). Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 18–20 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear. You can also cook in a pan over medium heat, turning regularly, until bacon is crisp and sausage is cooked through.
Yes – they are suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated at 0-4 °C until you’re ready to cook. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking and follow the cooking instructions above.
