Preparing: Remove the diced rabbit from the packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil. For extra flavour, marinate in garlic, herbs (such as thyme or rosemary), or a splash of white wine for 30 minutes before cooking.
