Cook from chilled. Preheat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place the mini fillets on a baking tray in a single layer and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking. Always check that the chicken is piping hot throughout, the juices run clear, and it reaches a core temperature of 75°C before serving.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
