Oven: Preheat oven to 200 °C (fan 180 °C) / Gas Mark 6. Place marinated wings on a baking tray lined with foil and cook for 30–35 minutes, turning once, until golden, juices run clear, and no pink meat remains.
Grill/BBQ: Preheat grill or barbecue to medium heat. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning frequently, until evenly charred and thoroughly cooked.
Always ensure wings are cooked through — check that the meat is no longer pink near the bone and juices run clear. Interl temperature must reach ≥75 °C.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
