Pan Fry (Recommended):
Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Add the diced hot & spicy chicken breast.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked through and piping hot.
Ensure juices run clear and no pink meat remains.

Oven Bake:
Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6.
Place the diced chicken on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment.
Cook for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked with an internal temperature of 75°C.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
