Somerset Camembert is a vegetarian-friendly cow's milk cheese with a soft white rind and a rich, creamy centre.
Similar in texture to brie, it offers a luscious mouthfeel and mellow flavour that pairs well with fruity red wine like Beaujolais or a crisp Somerset cider. Ideal for baking whole, serving with crackers, or enjoying at room temperature, it's a versatile choice for cheese boards or savoury starters. This 220g round delivers indulgence in every slice with a creamy finish and subtle tang.

Somerset Camembert, a delicious cheese from the Somerset region, can be enjoyed in various ways. Here are a few serving suggestions to enhance the flavours of this creamy and rich cheese:
1. Cheese board: Arrange slices or wedges of Somerset Camembert on a cheese board along with a selection of crackers, bread, and fresh fruits like grapes or sliced apples. Add some nuts, such as walnuts or almonds, for extra crunch and variety. This allows guests to create their own combinations.
2. Baked Camembert: Preheat your oven to 350F (175C). Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place it back in its wooden box or in a small oven-safe dish.
