To Pan Fry:
Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the venison burgers for about 4–5 minutes on each side until they are browned on the outside and cooked through (interl temperature of 70°C/160°F).

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on day of purchase; use within 1 month. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
