Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Season drumsticks with salt, pepper and herbs.
Sear for 3–4 minutes each side until golden.
Transfer to oven and roast for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Rest for a few minutes before serving.

Storage Instructions

Cook before eating. Consume on the day opened. Store below 3°C or freeze on the day of purchase for up to 6–9 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
