We marinate free-range British drumsticks in our Sticky BBQ glaze — tomato, paprika and a hint of chilli for gentle heat — so the skin turns glossy and caramelised while the meat stays tender to the bone. Perfect for trays, grills and BBQs, they’re gluten-free, high in protein and loved hot or cold.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml low-sodium soy sauce
60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Pinch crushed chilli flakes
8 chicken drumsticks
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chilli flakes. Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Refrigerate and let marite at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 240C (220ºC fan). Place chicken on a large baking tray and bake until golden and interl temperature reaches 75C, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
