    Cook until skin is crisp, juices run clear, and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Rest 3–5 mins. Do not reheat.

    Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on the day of purchase; use within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
