Cooking Instructions

Always ensure venison is fully cooked throughout or to your preferred doneness.

Oven Roast (from chilled):
Preheat oven to 200 °C / Fan 180 °C / Gas 6.
Remove all packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Rub with oil, salt, pepper, and herbs such as rosemary or juniper.
Sear in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side to brown.
Transfer to a roasting tray and cook for:
Rare: 20–25 minutes per 500g
Medium: 30 minutes per 500g
Well done: 40 minutes per 500g
Rest for 10–15 minutes before carving.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. If product arrives frozen, defrost fully in the refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
