Cooking Instructions

Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, on a lined tray, 30–35 mins, turn once.

Grill: Medium-high grill, 25–30 mins, turn frequently.

BBQ: Moderate heat, 25–30 mins; move to indirect heat to finish.

Air fryer: 190°C, 20–25 mins, shake/turn halfway.
Cook until skin is crisp, juices run clear and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Rest 3–5 mins. Do not reheat.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on day of purchase; use within 1 month. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
