Beef Ribeye Steak – Hot & Spicy — marbled, tender ribeye with a smoky chilli kick.

Our Hot & Spicy Ribeye is cut from prime British beef, well-marbled for succulence, then dusted with a bold BBQ spice blend (paprika, cracked pepper, chilli) that sears into a flavour-packed crust. Quick to cook on the grill, in a hot pan or over BBQ coals, each steak stays juicy inside with irresistible warmth on the outside.

Pan-sear: Pat dry, oil the steak, season if desired. Sear in a hot pan 2–3 mins per side for medium-rare, adjusting to doneness.

Grill/BBQ: High heat, 3–4 mins per side for medium-rare.

Oven-finish (optional): After searing, 180°C oven 4–6 mins.
Rest 5–10 mins before serving.
Core temperature guide: Rare 50°C, Medium-rare 55°C, Medium 60°C, Medium-well 65–70°C, Well done 75°C.
