    BBQ: Arrange the burgers on a barbecue as far from the heat source as possible and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning frequently to avoid burning.
    Frying: Shallow fry over a medium heat for approx. 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Oven Bake: Place the burgers on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes, turning frequently.
