We start with expertly trimmed British lamb chops, then brush them with our sticky BBQ glaze so they sear to a glossy, smoky-sweet crust while staying blush-pink and juicy inside. Quick to cook on the grill, in a hot pan, oven or over charcoal, they’re a summer BBQ star and an effortless midweek treat. Gluten-free, full-flavoured and proudly The Black Farmer.

Grill/BBQ: High heat 3–4 mins per side for medium; rest before serving.

Core temperature guide: Rare 52–55°C, Medium 60–63°C, Well done 70°C+.
