Inspired by classic Chinese BBQ flavours, these ribs deliver bold five-spice warmth, mellow sweetness and deep savoury balance in every bite. Made with high-quality British pork and crafted for easy home cooking, they’re built for everyday confidence — oven, grill, BBQ or air fryer. Oven (best): 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Place on lined tray, cover loosely with foil 30–35 mins. Uncover, baste and cook 10–12 mins more to caramelise.

Grill/BBQ: Medium heat 22–28 mins, turn and baste often until charred at the edges.

Air fryer: 180°C, 20–25 mins, turning once and brushing with any extra glaze.
Cook until piping hot and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Rest 5 mins before slicing.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on the day of purchase; use within 1 month. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
