Weâ've taken free range chicken wings to the next level with our Sticky BBQ marinade. Each wing is two-jointed, bone-in and skin-on - ideal for grilling, roasting or snacking. With crispy skin and deep, smoky sweetness, these wings deliver on flavour and texture every time.

INGREDIENTS
500g chicken wings
cooking spray
1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line a sheet pan with foil and place an oven safe rack on top of the foil. Coat the rack with cooking spray.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl along with the oil. Toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Top with the parsley, then serve.

Cook Before Eating. Consume On Day Opened. Store Below 3°C or Freeze on day of purchase for 6-9 Months. Defrost thoroughly in Fridge before cooking.
