Jerk Chicken Leg — bone-in juiciness with authentic Caribbean heat.
Big, bone-in chicken leg, steeped in a proper jerk marinade that brings heat, spice and that unmistakable Caribbean depth. Built for the oven, grill or BBQ, this is the cut you reach for when you want bold flavour that holds its own on the plate.
Escallion Mash, Pepper Mash, Water, Cane Vinegar, Salt, Pimento, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Paprika, Nutmeg, Thyme, Ginger, Black Pepper.
Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, on a lined tray, 35–40 mins, turning once and basting.
Grill: Medium-high grill, 28–32 mins, turn frequently.
BBQ: Moderate heat 28–32 mins; move to indirect heat to finish.
Air fryer: 180°C, 25–28 mins, turn halfway.
Cook until skin is crisp, juices run clear and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Rest 3–5 mins. Do not reheat.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on day of purchase; use within 1 month. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
