Grill/BBQ: Preheat to medium heat. Cook lamb kebabs for 12–15 minutes, turning frequently, until evenly browned and cooked through.
Oven: Preheat oven to 190 °C (fan 170 °C) / Gas Mark 5. Place kebabs on a baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning once.
Pan-fry: Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning to brown on all sides.
⚠️ Because this glaze contains sugars and glucose syrup, cook on moderate heat and turn often to avoid burning. Always ensure lamb is cooked through with juices running clear and an internal temperature of ≥ 75 °C.
