Why It’s Hard to Find

A proper chicken and mushroom pie with true shortcrust pastry and balanced filling isn’t common. Many versions reduce the chicken content or rely on overly thick sauce. Ours is made with defined chicken pieces, real mushrooms and a structured shortcrust base that holds its shape.
