Remove the pork strips from the packaging and pat dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt, pepper, or your favourite marinade. For best results, marinate for 20–30 minutes in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a splash of oil.

Browning: Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat until very hot. Add 1–2 tablespoons of oil, swirl to coat, then add the pork strips in a single layer. Cook quickly for 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until browned on the outside. Avoid overcrowding the pan—cook in batches if necessary.

Building Flavours: Remove the strips and set aside. In the same pan, stir-fry sliced vegetables such as peppers, onions, broccoli, or carrots. Add garlic, ginger, or chilli for extra flavour. Deglaze with soy sauce, oyster sauce, or a splash of stock.
