We marinate free-range British chicken in a bold BBQ blend — paprika, chilli and cracked black pepper with a touch of smoke — so the skin blisters and caramelises while the meat stays succulent to the bone. Brilliant for weekend BBQs, easy trays or the air fryer on busy nights. Gluten-free, high in protein and unmistakably The Black Farmer.

Pan-fry/stir-fry: Hot pan with a little oil, 5–7 mins, turning until caramelised.
Grill/BBQ (on skewers): Medium-high heat, 8–10 mins, turn often.
Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, lined tray, 14–16 mins.
Air fryer: 180°C, 10–12 mins, shake halfway.
Cook until no pink remains and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on the day of purchase; use within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
