Dinner in a flash, flavour turned up. We hand-trim free-range British chicken into tender mini fillets and coat them in our bold BBQ seasoning — paprika, chilli and cracked pepper for warmth, plus herbs for depth. They sear in minutes and stay succulent whether you pan-fry, bake, grill or air-fry. Gluten-free, high in protein and ready for wraps, rice bowls, salads or skewers — proudly The Black Farmer.

Pan-fry/stir-fry: Hot pan with a little oil, 5–7 mins, turning until browned.
Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, on a lined tray, 14–16 mins.
Grill/BBQ (on skewers): Medium-high heat, 8–10 mins, turn often.
Air fryer: 180°C, 10–12 mins, shake halfway.
Cook until no pink remains and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep covered and consume the same day. Suitable for home freezing: freeze on the day of purchase; use within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
