    To Oven Cook: Preheat the oven (e.g. 190–200 °C / Fan -180 °C / Gas Mark -5–6). Place sausages on a baking tray (optionally lined with foil or parchment). Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until browned and fully cooked. To Grill, preheat the grill to medium. Place sausages on a rack or grill tray and grill for 15–20 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through and browned.
