Grill Method:
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Rub with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Grill 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (52–54°C). Rest under foil for 5 minutes.

Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 200ºC (180ºC fan). Bring steak to room temperature, season, and sear in an ovenproof pan for 2–3 minutes per side. Transfer to the oven for 8–10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Cook before eating. Consume on the day opened. Store below 3°C or freeze on the day of purchase for 6–9 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
