Goat Jerk Burgers, 2 x 150g — bold Caribbean flavour with tender British goat.

Turn up the flavour with our Goat Jerk Burgers. We use prime British goat for a naturally lean, succulent bite, then season with our jerk-inspired blend — allspice, thyme, chilli, garlic and a lick of smoke. The result is a juicy, gluten-free patty that brings island energy to weeknight grills, summer BBQs and street-food style suppers.

Grill or pan-fry until lightly charred, then serve in a toasted bun with spicy slaw, pineapple relish, or jerk mayo. Pair with rice and peas for a true island-style meal.

BBQ: Moderate heat, 12–15 mins, turn often.
Cook until piping hot, juices run clear, and a core temperature of 75°C is reached. Do not reheat.
