To roast a 1kg Beef Rump Top Roast:
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan) / 200°C (conventional) / Gas Mark 6
Rub with oil, season generously, and sear all sides in a hot pan
Transfer to a roasting tray and roast for 50–60 minutes for medium-rare
Rest for 15 minutes before slicing
For slow-cooked stew: Cube the beef and simmer in stock or red wine for 2.5–3 hours.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If frozen, defrost fully in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
