From Chilled

Grilled Place under a pre-heated medium to hot grill for 23-25 min, turning occasionally

Fry Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Gently fry on a medium heat for 23-25 min, turning occasionally

Oven Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 5 for approx. 30-32 minutes.

Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C. Once opened, Once opened use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
If the product is frozen, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
