    Oven Cook From Chilled — Mini Chicken Roast:
    Preheat your oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5.
    Remove all packaging and place the mini roast in a roasting tray.
    Cook in the centre of the oven for 50–60 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.
    Rest for 5–10 minutes before carving and serving.

    Keep refrigerated below 3°C. Consume on the day opened. Freeze on the day of purchase for up to 9 months. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
