    Pan Fry: Medium heat with a little oil for 8–10 mins until browned.
    Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 for 15–18 mins.
    Ensure piping hot, juices run clear, and core temperature reaches 75°C.

    Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing; freeze on the day of purchase and use within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
