Preheat oven to 200 °C / Fan 180 °C / Gas 6.
Spread chicken evenly on a baking tray.
Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through for even crispiness.

Air Fryer:
Cook at 180 °C for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.

Keep refrigerated at 0–5 °C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. If still frozen on arrival, store in freezer at -18 °C. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and ensure food is piping hot before serving.
