Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Score the skin to help render fat and crisp the surface.
Season with salt, pepper, or preferred herbs and spices.
Sear skin-side down over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes until golden.
Flip and sear the reverse side for 2 minutes.
Transfer to oven and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Rest for a few minutes before serving.
Ideal with roasted vegetables, fresh salads or warm rolls.

Storage Instructions

Cook Before Eating. Consume on the day opened. Store below 3°C or freeze on the day of purchase for 6–9 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
